Kimbra Brazeal  grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She discovered her love of dance at age five and continued her training in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, gymnastics, and hip hop throughout her childhood and teenage years. Kimbra was also a dedicated member of her studio’s competition team for several years. After graduating from Gulfport High School, she attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (MGCCC) at Perkinston, where she was a member of the the Perkettes dance team. While at MGCCC, Kimbra expanded her dance experience by assisting at local dance studios.

After earning her Associate’s degree, Kimbra pursued a BFA in Performance and Choreography at The University of Southern Mississippi. She then moved to California to attend Mills College, where she obtained an MFA in Dance. For seven years, Kimbra taught at various studios in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2018, she returned to Mississippi and began teaching at studios along the Gulf Coast. Kimbra is certified in multiple dance disciplines and is passionate about sharing her extensive dance knowledge and inspiring her students.
